Terms & condition
● Client refers to the event organiser, or the individual booking the service
● Period of Hire is the period between the installation of the equipment till the completion of the service and the removal of the aforementioned equipment.
● Deposit refers to the amount of money payable to secure the booking.
1. Conditions
Unless stated in writing, all bookings are accepted subject to the Terms and Conditions of hiring stated below.
2. Payments and booking terms
Payments must be made as per the terms specified in the quotation. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and cash and it is not subject to alterations.
Full payment must be made on the day before the start of the event. Failure to complete the payment in a timely manner may delay the start of the event. Any time loss due to incomplete payment shall not be compensated, nor lead to postponing the ending time of the event.
The minimum booking duration is 4 hours. Any further extension should be pre-agreed between us and the client and be prepaid in advance.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The booking will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.
3. Loss or Damage
- The Client must inspect the equipment upon delivery/installation and immediately notify us if they find a fault on receipt of the equipment.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that the equipment provided is kept and used safely during the Period of Hire.
- Any damages or losses incurred will be charged to the client at replacement cost.
- Breakages or loss of glassware may also be charged.
4. Cancellation
- You are eligible to cancel 30 days before the event and you will be refunded fully.
- No refunds will be issued after the 30-day before the event cut off date.
- Rescheduling is possible with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. In any other case, rescheduling fees may apply.
- You are welcome to do alterations, yet these alterations should be communicated in writing 7 days prior to booking.
- Event organisers are responsible for providing accurate information. Event organisers are liable for errors and omissions,such as wrong event date and drinks’ selection, so on these occasions service will be held under the pre-agreed information and no refund shall be provided
5. Deliveries for Virtual Classes
- Event organisers should provide us with the right email addresses of all participants.
- Relevant information and product selection must be confirmed in writing.
- Event organisers are responsible for providing accurate information. Event organisers are liable for errors and omissions,such as wrong event date and drinks’ selection, so on these occasions service will be held under the pre-agreed information and no refund shall be provided
In case you want to record the video session, you are welcome to do so, given that the video is used for personal use only.
6. Packages
- The Client is responsible for selecting an appropriate package.
- Any specific requests or preferences must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
- Standard and premium packages include varying levels of service; ensure you review inclusions before booking.
- For every 30 guests, one bartender is typically provided, but this may vary based on prior agreements.
7. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1-2 years from the purchase date.
- Vouchers must be redeemed at least 30 days before the desired service date.
- Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 30 days’ notice; additional changes may incur fees.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Right to Remedy
Clients are encouraged to report any issues during the event to allow for immediate resolution. Complaints made post-event will not be accepted as a member of staff is always available on-site to assist.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
